A great moral from a small story!!!!

A great moral from a small story!!!!

"A son and his father were walking on the mountains.
Suddenly, his son falls, hurts himself and screams: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
To his surprise, he hears the voice repeating, somewhere in the mountain: "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"
Curious, he yells: "Who are you?"
He receives the answer: "Who are you?"
And then he screams to the mountain: "I admire you!"
The voice answers: "I admire you!"
Angered at the response, he screams: "Coward!"
He receives the answer: "Coward!"

He looks to his father and asks: "What's going on?"
The father smiles and says: "My son, pay attention."
Again the man screams: "You are a champion!"
The voice answers: "You are a champion!"

The boy is surprised, but does not understand.

Then the father explains: "People call this ECHO, but really this is LIFE.
It gives you back everything you say or do.

Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.
If you want more love in the world, create more love in your heart.
If you want more competence in your team, improve your competence.
This relationship applies to everything, in all aspects of life;
Life will give you back everything you have given to it."
YOUR LIFE IS NOT A COINCIDENCE. IT'S A REFLECTION OF YOU!"

I am trying to be more Self-Esteemed............

Here are some steps that  I am trying to boost my self-esteem......... 1. Focus your attention always on your potentials,   talents and abilities and not on your limitations and failures.   We all have enough potentials and qualities to live a happy, fulfilled life. We need to know who we really are. When we think of our strengths, of things that we can do extremely well and of our many achievements our self-esteem. boosts up.     When we gain   new skills and new knowledge   it gives us more self-confidence. We have no limitations; never impose limits on our potentials, on our ability to learn and grow. We must allow our creative and innovative enthusiasm to flower beyond all limits and space.     Failures will always be there. Transform your limitations and failures into   opportunities for you to grow and develop   your qualities. Believe that you are full of possibilities and not a bun...

Full Stack Developer. Are you one?

Primitively in Software industry software developers worked on particular part of the applications. Now from a layman point of view, a software application basically have three parts. The storage. The Computation.  The Output.  Now to develop that software we developers divide it in to mainly three layers.  Backend Or Database layer.  Middle layer.  User Interface or Output layer.  Now we can reconfigure this above structure with various terms and concepts and coats.  So, Full Stack Developer is the dev who have the capacity or knowledge to work in all this layers.  Thats means he is capable enough to deliver a full software with out taking help from anyone. Also taking consideration of the industry progression, A FULL STACK DEVELOPER should also know to build Software's for various platforms viz. Desktops, Web, Mobile, etc. Means he should be technically strong enough to work in Cross Platforms.   Please comm...
