  Here are some steps that  I am trying to boost my self-esteem......... 1. Focus your attention always on your potentials,   talents and abilities and not on your limitations and failures.   We all have enough potentials and qualities to live a happy, fulfilled life. We need to know who we really are. When we think of our strengths, of things that we can do extremely well and of our many achievements our self-esteem. boosts up.     When we gain   new skills and new knowledge   it gives us more self-confidence. We have no limitations; never impose limits on our potentials, on our ability to learn and grow. We must allow our creative and innovative enthusiasm to flower beyond all limits and space.     Failures will always be there. Michael is the kind of guy you love to hate. He is always in a good mood and always has something positive to say. When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, " If I were any better, I would be twins !"    He was a natural motivator.
